a dash of Worcestershire sauce
4 x 5 ml spoons gravy granules, made up with 250 ml boiling water
50 g frozen peas
1/2 x 93 g instant mashed potato, made up with 200 ml boiling water and 15 g butter
a little extra butter for the top
salt and pepper
